The Online Continuous Vacuum Deaerator is a key equipment used in industrial production processes to continuously and efficiently remove bubbles from liquid or paste materials. Compared with traditional batch (intermittent) vacuum deaerators, it can be seamlessly integrated into the production line, achieving uninterrupted automated processing and greatly improving production efficiency and product consistency.
The In-line Degasser Mixer is suitable for processing high-volume fluids or gels, such as laundry detergent, detergent, yeast, and graphene. These materials contain a large number of bubbles and require fast processing speed. The processing capacity of the In-line Degasser Mixer ranges from 50 to 2000 L/h, and the processing speed varies depending on the material type and bubble content in the material.
